You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Use a tracked courier and email support@runerstrand.se for approval and the correct return address before sending anything back.

Change-of-mind/fit: customer pays return shipping. Wrong or damaged item: contact us within 14 days with photos—if approved, we’ll cover return shipping. No direct exchanges. EU belt size is measured from the inside of the buckle to the middle hole. Choose the size closest to your waist/hip measurement where the belt will sit.
