Welcome to Runerstrand!
The terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Runerstrand, operated by MP Tech AB.
Runerstrand provides this website and online store, including all information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when using the Services.

By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree, please do not use or access the Services.

SECTION 1 – ACCESS AND ACCOUNT

You represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence and have legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities under it.
You may not transfer or assign your account to another person.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device and settings.
Descriptions and prices may change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to limit the sale of any product to any person, region, or jurisdiction.

SECTION 3 – ORDERS

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted only when we confirm it and payment has been processed.
Please review your order carefully before submitting. Once confirmed, cancellations may not be possible.
Purchases are for personal use only and not for resale.
All returns and exchanges are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

SECTION 4 – PRICES, TAXES, AND BILLING

All prices are shown in EUR (or SEK) and include Swedish VAT for EU customers unless stated otherwise.
Prices, promotions, and discounts may change without notice.
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country — these are the buyer’s responsibility unless otherwise stated.

You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date billing and payment information.
You warrant that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method and that your card issuer will honor all charges.

SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are typically dispatched within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times:

  • EU countries: 2–4 business days

  • Outside EU: 5–7 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Delays caused by customs or carriers are outside our control.

For consumer purchases within the EU/EEA, risk and title pass to you upon delivery of the goods (not when handed to the carrier).
You will receive a tracking link once your order has shipped.

SECTION 6 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL & RETURNS

Consumers in the EU/EEA have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day the order is delivered.
To exercise this right, contact us at martin@mptech.se with your order number before the withdrawal period expires.

Returned products must be unused and in their original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
Return shipping for “change of mind” orders is paid by you.
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Returns must be sent using a trackable courier service (e.g. UPS, DHL, FedEx).
We will provide the correct return address and instructions once your return request is approved.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned goods.

SECTION 7 – FAULTY OR NON-CONFORMING GOODS

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us immediately.
Your statutory consumer rights under applicable law apply in addition to any manufacturer warranty.
We will offer repair, replacement, or refund depending on the circumstances.

SECTION 8 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All trademarks, text, images, graphics, designs, videos, and other content on this site are owned by Runerstrand, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.
You may use our Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
Any unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

SECTION 9 – OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We may provide access to third-party tools or links to other websites.
These are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not endorse or control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, policies, or services.
Use of such sites is at your own risk.

SECTION 10 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

Runerstrand is powered by Shopify, which hosts and supports our store platform.
However, all sales and transactions are made directly between you and Runerstrand.
Shopify is not responsible for any issues relating to your purchases or the products sold.

SECTION 11 – PRIVACY POLICY

We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
MP Tech AB is the data controller under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, certain data may be processed by Shopify and its partners outside the EU.
By using our Services, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred for hosting and processing as described.

SECTION 12 – FEEDBACK AND REVIEWS

By submitting reviews, suggestions, or feedback (“Feedback”), you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, modify, and display your Feedback for marketing or improvement purposes.
You confirm that your Feedback does not infringe any third-party rights and complies with applicable law.

SECTION 13 – ERRORS, INACCURACIES, AND OMISSIONS

From time to time, information on the site may contain typographical or pricing errors.
We reserve the right to correct such errors, update information, or cancel orders if incorrect information has been published.

SECTION 14 – PROHIBITED USES

You agree not to misuse the Services, including (but not limited to):

  • Using them for illegal purposes, harassment, or fraud

  • Uploading viruses or malicious code

  • Violating others’ intellectual property rights

  • Spamming or scraping the site

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms.

SECTION 15 – DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

Except as expressly stated by Runerstrand, all Services and products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

SECTION 16 – LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Runerstrand and MP Tech AB shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages such as loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
However, nothing in these Terms excludes liability for gross negligence, willful misconduct, or injury/death caused by our negligence.
Your statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

SECTION 17 – INDEMNIFICATION

You are responsible for any losses we suffer only if they result from your intentional or unlawful misuse of the Services or infringement of third-party rights.

SECTION 18 – SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

SECTION 19 – ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND WAIVER

These Terms, together with our policies posted on this site, constitute the entire agreement between you and Runerstrand.
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive our right to do so later.

SECTION 20 – ASSIGNMENT

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms without our written consent.
We may assign our rights and obligations without notice.

SECTION 21 – GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTES

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.
Disputes shall be resolved by the Swedish public courts, with Göteborg District Court (Göteborgs tingsrätt) as first instance, unless mandatory consumer protection rules allow you to bring the case in your local court.

SECTION 22 – CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We may update these Terms at any time.
Changes take effect upon posting to this page unless a later date is specified.
Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law.
Your continued use of our Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
