You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Please email support@runerstrand.se for approval and the correct return address before sending anything back. Returns must be sent using a tracked shipping service.

Items must be unused and returned with all original tags, packaging and included accessories, such as dust bags, boxes, authenticity cards, cases or cleaning cloths.

For returns due to a change of mind, size or fit, the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, contact us within 14 days and include photos. Once approved, we will cover the return shipping.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Approved refunds are issued after inspection to the original payment method. For returns sent from outside the EU, any customs duties and taxes must be prepaid by the sender.
