Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Email support@runerstrand.se with your order number to receive approval and the correct return address before sending anything back. For change-of-mind/fit, the customer covers tracked return shipping. If the item is wrong or damaged, contact us within 14 days with photos — we’ll sort it out.
