Returns & Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Email support@runerstrand.se with your order number to receive return approval and the correct return address before sending anything back.
Return Window
• Returns must be shipped within 14 days of delivery.
• Returns sent after this period will be declined.
Return Conditions
Items must be unused, in perfect resaleable condition, with all original components and packaging intact. Returns that don’t meet these standards may be refused.
Bags
Must include original tags, dust bag, box and any supplied accessories such as brand cards, straps or locks. No creasing, wear, odors, stains or marks. Protective films (if any) must remain attached.
Sunglasses
Must include original tags, hard/soft case, lens cloth and any brand cards/packaging. No scratches on lenses or frame; no bending, adjustments or signs of wear. Protective stickers (if any) must remain intact.
Belts
Must include original tags, dust bag/box (if supplied) and buckle protection. No creasing, stretched holes, edge wear or hardware marks.
Apparel
Must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached and any accessories included (buttons, belts, fabric covers, etc.).
How to Ship Your Return
• Use a tracked courier service (UPS, DHL or FedEx).
• Postal returns, untracked shipments and COD deliveries cannot be accepted.
• Keep your tracking number until your refund has been issued.
Return Shipping Costs
• Change of mind / size / fit: Customer covers the return shipping cost (tracked courier).
• Wrong or damaged item: Contact us within 14 days with photos of the item, packaging and issue. If approved, we will cover the return shipping cost.
Items Not Eligible for Return
• Items marked Final Sale at checkout
• Late returns (after the 14-day window)
• Used, altered or damaged items
• Missing components such as tags, dust bags, boxes, cases, brand cards, straps, cloths, etc.
• Personal care items once opened (if applicable)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Please place a new order and return the original item for a refund.
Refunds
• Refunds are issued after inspection at our facility to your original payment method or as store credit.
• We aim to process returns within 10 business days of arrival.
• Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
• You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Customs & Duties (International Returns)
For returns shipped from outside the EU, duties and taxes must be prepaid by the sender. We cannot accept returns with unpaid customs charges.
