Returns & Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Email support@runerstrand.se with your order number to receive return approval and the correct return address before sending anything back.
Return window
• Ship your return within 14 days of delivery. Late returns will be declined.
Return conditions (luxury accessories)
Items must be unused, in resaleable condition, with all original components included and packaging intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that don’t meet these standards.

Bags: original tags attached; dust bag, box, authenticity cards, spare straps/locks (if supplied). No creasing, wear, stains, odors or marks. Protective films (if any) must remain attached.

Sunglasses: original tags/labels; hard/soft case, lens cloth, any brand cards/packaging. No scratches on lenses or frame, no adjustments/bending. Protective stickers (if any) intact.

Belts: original tags; dust bag/box (if supplied), buckle protection/packaging. No creasing or stretched holes, no wear on edges or hardware.

Apparel (if applicable later): unworn, unwashed, with all original tags attached and any supplied accessories.
How to ship your return
• Use a tracked courier (UPS, DHL or FedEx). Postal returns, COD and untracked shipments aren’t accepted.
• Keep proof of shipment and tracking until your refund is issued.
Return shipping costs
• Change of mind / fit / preference: customer pays return shipping (tracked courier).
• Wrong or damaged item: contact us within 14 days with photos (item, tags, packaging, issue). If approved, we’ll cover return shipping.
Items not eligible for return
• Items marked Final Sale at checkout.
• Late returns (after the 14-day window).
• Used, altered, damaged or missing components (tags, dust bags, boxes, cases, authenticity cards, straps, etc.).
• Personal care items once opened (if/when applicable).
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges. Place a new order and return the original for a refund.
Refunds
• Issued after inspection at our warehouse to your original payment method or as store credit.
• We aim to process returns within 10 business days of arrival; your bank/payment provider may need extra time. You’ll receive an email confirmation once issued.
Customs & duties on returns
• For returns from outside the EU, duties/taxes must be prepaid by the sender. We can’t accept returns with unpaid charges.
