Yes. All items are quality-checked before dispatch. Our warranty covers manufacturing, design and material defects only.

• Report time: please notify us within 14 days of delivery if your item is damaged or incorrect.
  
• Not covered: accidental damage, misuse or improper care, normal wear and tear (e.g., scratches, creasing, stretched holes), exposure to liquids/chemicals/heat, or unauthorized repairs/alterations.
  
• Resolution: after inspection we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Yes. Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Refunds are issued after inspection to your original payment method or as store credit. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. If an item arrives wrong or damaged, we’ll cover the return shipping.
