How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed in 24–48 hours on business days. Estimated delivery: Sweden & EU 2–4 business days, International 5–7 business days (destination-dependent). You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. Free worldwide shipping on orders over 1000 SEK / €100. For smaller orders, shipping is calculated at checkout. Express options are available.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide with tracked courier (UPS, DHL or FedEx). Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable due to courier restrictions.
Are your products authentic?
Yes. All items are 100% authentic. We only work with authorized retail and distribution channels. We do not sell counterfeits, replicas, or “inspired” items.
Where do you source your products?
We partner with a network of authorized boutiques and distributors in Sweden and across the EU. Every supplier is vetted for authenticity, documentation, and traceability.
Do you sell pre-loved items?
Yes. Selected bags, sunglasses/frames, and belts are available as pre-loved.
How do you grade condition (pre-loved)?
We follow a standardized scale:

S — New / New without tag: Unused item; may be missing retail tag/box.

SA — Excellent condition: Near-new with minimal signs of handling.

A — Good condition (minor signs of use): Light, minor wear that’s hard to notice.

AB — Used condition (some damages): Visible wear and a few defects noted in the listing/photos.

B — Heavy wear (obvious damages): Noticeable wear with multiple defects; priced accordingly.
All notable marks, scuffs, or hardware wear are documented in photos and the description.
What’s included with pre-loved items?
Original accessories (e.g., dust bag, box, authenticity card) are included when available. Packaging may differ from new retail packaging.
Can I return a pre-loved item?
Yes—14 days from delivery, same as new items. To be eligible, the item must be unused after receipt, unaltered, and returned with any included accessories/tags. Items with new scratches, changed belt holes, or adjusted lenses/frames are not eligible for return.
Do pre-loved items have a warranty?
Manufacturer warranties typically do not apply to pre-loved goods. We provide an authenticity guarantee and a 7-day DOA/defect check from delivery for functional issues not disclosed in the listing.
Sunglasses & optical frames (pre-loved)
Frames are sold without prescription lenses unless stated. Minor alignment may be needed by an optician. Hairline marks consistent with the stated grade may exist and are shown in photos.
Belts & sizing (pre-loved)
Check the size chart on the product page. Avoid adding holes or cutting the belt until you decide to keep it—modified belts can’t be returned.
Cleaning & hygiene (pre-loved)
Pre-loved items are professionally cleaned before sale. We never sell items that fail our hygiene or quality checks.
Do you hold stock?
We operate a hybrid model: selected items ship from our Swedish/EU partners and fulfillment hubs, while some limited pieces are dispatched directly from authorized European boutiques. All orders include EU consumer protections and VAT invoices.
What if I have concerns about authenticity?
Please contact us before use with your order number and photos. We’ll investigate immediately and resolve it according to our returns policy.
How do I return an item?
You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Email support@runerstrand.se with your order number to receive approval and the correct return address before sending anything back.
Who pays for return shipping?
For change-of-mind/fit, the customer pays return shipping with a tracked courier. If you received a wrong or damaged item, contact us within 14 days with photos; if approved, we’ll cover return shipping.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued after inspection at our warehouse. We aim to process returns within 10 business days of arrival. Your bank/payment provider may need additional time to post the refund. You may choose a refund to your original payment method or store credit.
