You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Use a tracked courier and email support@runerstrand.se for approval and the correct return address before sending anything back.

Change-of-mind/fit: customer pays return shipping. Wrong or damaged item: contact us within 14 days with photos—if approved, we’ll cover return shipping. No direct exchanges.
