You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Use a tracked courier and email support@runerstrand.se for approval and the correct return address before sending anything back.

Change-of-mind/fit: customer pays return shipping. Wrong or damaged item: contact us within 14 days with photos—if approved, we’ll cover return shipping. No direct exchanges. Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.

Belts – EU size (cm)

EU belt size is measured from the inside of the buckle to the middle hole. Choose the size closest to your waist/hip measurement where the belt will sit.

Bag: Measure length (front base), height (base to top), depth (side) and strap drop (shoulder point to bag top).
