You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Use a tracked courier and email support@runerstrand.se for approval and the correct return address before sending anything back.

Items must be unused and complete with all original components (e.g., tags, dust bag/box/authenticity cards for bags; case and cloth for sunglasses; tags and packaging for belts; apparel if applicable with all tags).

Change-of-mind/fit: customer pays return shipping. Wrong or damaged item: contact us within 14 days with photos—if approved, we’ll cover return shipping. No direct exchanges. Refunds are issued after inspection to your original payment method or as store credit. For returns from outside the EU, duties/taxes must be prepaid by the sender.

The suede and shearling medium Tote Bag by Valentino Garavani is a sophisticatedly styled shopping bag made of suede with shearling lining. Featuring the Signature metallic VLogo on the front, it has a removable leather shoulder strap with two iconic maxi studs at the ends.
