We ship worldwide with tracked courier (UPS, DHL or FedEx). Orders are processed in 24–48 hours (business days).

Estimated delivery: Sweden & EU 2–4 business days, International 5–7 (destination-dependent). Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Use a tracked courier and email support@runerstrand.se for approval and the correct return address before sending anything back.

Items must be unused and complete with all original components (e.g., tags, dust bag/box/authenticity cards for bags; case and cloth for sunglasses; tags and packaging for belts; apparel if applicable with all tags).

Change-of-mind/fit: customer pays return shipping. Wrong or damaged item: contact us within 14 days with photos—if approved, we’ll cover return shipping. No direct exchanges. Refunds are issued after inspection to your original payment method or as store credit. For returns from outside the EU, duties/taxes must be prepaid by the sender.

Balenciaga’s Bel Air small Shoulder Bag combines functionality and contemporary style in a compact and versatile design, perfect for carrying on the shoulder or cross-body. Crafted with thoughtful details, it features a foil-embossed Balenciaga Paris logo on the back and a removable double-ring spiral key ring. Antique silver hardware adds a vintage touch, while the structure includes a front flat pocket, a back zip pocket, a main zip compartment and an interior flat pocket. The engraved logo on the closure system completes the iconic aesthetic of the model.

Waist: Measure around the narrowest part of your waist.
Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
Foot length: Stand on paper, mark heel to longest toe, measure in cm.

EU belt size is measured from the inside of the buckle to the middle hole. Choose the size closest to your waist/hip measurement where the belt will sit.

Bag: Measure length (front base), height (base to top), depth (side) and strap drop (shoulder point to bag top).
Sunglasses: Read size on the inner arm or measure lens width, bridge and temple length in mm.
Belt: Measure from the inside of the buckle to the middle hole. For body measurement, wrap the tape where the belt will sit (over clothing).
