Estimated delivery: Sweden & EU 2–4 business days, International 5–7 (destination-dependent). Some destinations may be temporarily unavailable. You’ll receive a tracking number when your order ships.

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Use a tracked courier and email support@runerstrand.se for approval and the correct return address before sending anything back.

Items must be unused and complete with all original components (e.g., tags, dust bag/box/authenticity cards for bags; case and cloth for sunglasses; tags and packaging for belts; apparel if applicable with all tags).

Change-of-mind/fit: customer pays return shipping. Wrong or damaged item: contact us within 14 days with photos—if approved, we’ll cover return shipping. No direct exchanges. Refunds are issued after inspection to your original payment method or as store credit. For returns from outside the EU, duties/taxes must be prepaid by the sender.

The Nellcôte shoulder bag by Valentino Garavani is made of soft suede and enhanced with elegant fringes, featuring a trim decorated with spherical studs and rivets that give it a unique character. Thanks to the adjustable suede shoulder strap, it can be comfortably worn either on the shoulder or cross-body, easily adapting to different occasions.
